Introduction
Mobile Conveyor Rubber Grain Belt Conveyor Machine for Truck Loading Unloading is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transport, water and electricity for conveying of bulk materials or packaged products with advantage of large conveying capacity, simple in structure, convenient maintenance, low cost, strong versatility, etc.. It can convey with one conveyor, multiple conveyors, or form horizontal or inclined conveying system with other conveyors according to the requirements of the conveying process.
The environmental temperature of belt conveyor is from -10 °C to +40 °C, the temperature of the conveying material varies depending on the conveyor belt. The temperature of the conveying material of the ordinary conveyor belt is generally not higher than 60 °C, and the heat-resistant rubber belt can convey higher temperature materials which below 120 °C, when conveying acidic, alkaline, oily materials and materials with organic solvent properties, need to use oil-resistant, acid-resistant rubber belt or plastic belt.
The driving part of the belt conveyor adopts two kinds of motor reducer or electric drum; the brake device adopts roller backstop, belt type backstop, brake, etc.; there are three tension forms, such as spiral tension, vertical tension, car type tension.
